In order that players not miss
any gameplay, and for a racing start to the level, the server notes how
many players are in your team and when the new map starts, players are
frozen until all connecting players are active and ready for the start
of the mission. At the end of a level, when the 1st player touches the
changelevel, the end level countdown is begun - all players must then
rush to complete the level before the countdown is over to receive
bonus points. The
lengths of these timers are adjustable via console variables.
